Discussion question 2

Do you agree that becoming a strong and effective communicator takes time and practice? Why or why not?

It takes time and practice because effective communication is an acquired skill, and it does not happen overnight. Everyone experiences challenges when communicating, such as communication barriers and breakdowns. Over time, we practice strategies in order to avoid these problems to overcome it. With the practice and time we put into acquiring the confidence in communicating with other people, we achieve strong and effective communication.
