Reflection Reflect on the following questions. Process Questions: 1. How do you describe the elements of communication? I would describe the elements of communication that they are all related, and it is impossible to have a situation where all elements are missing. It is like traveling to another destination from one destination. First, by encoding it and sending it through a medium (channel), which can be by writing, speaking, and more, the speaker can attempt to express his/her message. This is like coming from your house and you are on the way to your destination right now. Once you get there, the receiver will decode the message and give feedback to the sender, as it will tell the sender that they have communicated clearly. 2. Can the process of communication be completed even without the presence of a single element of communication? Why or why not? For me, I do not agree with it.
